The Integrated Waste Services Association (IWSA) was formed in 1991 to promote integrated solutions to municipal solid waste management problems.
The National members of ISWA are chartered not for profit waste associations in the various countries. They all represent both public and private sector solid waste management organisations and individuals in each country.
NSWMA is a trade association representing for-profit companies in North America that provide solid, hazardous and medical waste collection, recycling and disposal services, and companies that provide professional and consulting services to the waste services industry
